• You save the expense of a chef and gourmet provisioning. You cook, clean, and help run the yacht. You can dine ashore at restaurants and beach bars.
• Your provisions are loaded before boarding, or shop yourself on arrival. 
• Customary gratuity, typically 10-20%, not included.
